- Sit on the toilet with your legs slightly elevated.
- Contract your pelvic floor muscles (perineum).
- Your disc will come loose to let your flow flow.
- Once finished, release your perineum .
- It should automatically snap back into place , if not, reposition it with your finger behind your pubic bone.
