Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To make a return, please contact us at support@omydisc.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective product:

If you discover that your order is faulty, please email us at support@omydisc.com with photos of the faulty product and we will provide you with a returns label. Once we have followed up, we will immediately send you a replacement product.

Exchange:

We will only exchange defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange your product for the same product, please contact us by mail :support@omydisc.com . We will make the exchange free of charge.

Change of mind :

Change of mind is not acceptable.No returns or refunds will be processed.Please note: color, size and texture.

Cancel order:

We usually ship orders immediately,
Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will send you a request to the order processing department, but we do not guarantee that it will be cancelled, nor do we guarantee that you will be able to return the order once you have received the product.
** All refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product, which may take up to 4 days to inspect. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
