Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This cancellation policy outlines how to modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency of the subscription you selected. Your payment information will be securely stored, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you don't wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to your order, where you can manage your subscription. Please see our return policy for details on returns and refunds.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you're buying a product that's out of stock or coming soon. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at the time of order, save your payment method, and then process the full payment or remaining balance at a later date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that hasn't been processed yet. If the order has been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a full or partial refund. Please see our return policy for details on returns and refunds.
Try Before You Buy
When you order an item on a try-before-you-buy basis, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You have a certain period to decide whether you want to keep the item. Once that period expires, if you haven't returned the item, we'll charge your payment method for the full amount.
