We only ship to the following countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States. If your country is not on this list, please email us with the country you would like your order shipped to. Depending on demand, we may expand the number of countries we ship to.

OmyDisc is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any customs fees that may apply in the destination country.
Please note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays will only be shipped on the next business day (Monday to Friday).
Shipping status
Once your order has shipped, you will promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range shown at checkout, and you can rest assured that we will deliver your items within that time frame.
Order changes
Please notify us immediately of any changes to your order. Please note that personalized and pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for other models.
Item not received
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status shows it as delivered, we recommend contacting the carrier to locate your shipment. If the problem persists, please send us an email at support@omydisc.com.
