How to Insert Your Menstrual Disc or Cup with the Applicator?
If you’re not comfortable using a menstrual disc or cup on its own, we recommend using the applicator. It makes insertion so much easier.
Insert ¾ of the menstrual disc into the applicator tube (with the tab facing forward).
Snap the plunger into the applicator tube where your disc is placed.
Insert the applicator into the vaginal opening, then push the plunger to release the menstrual disc inside your vagina.
