- Gently contract your pelvic floor muscles (like when you're peeing).
- Your disc will shift slightly, allowing some of the blood to flow out naturally.
- When you're done, relax your muscles, the disc should reposition itself on its own. If not, just use a clean finger to tuck it back behind your pubic bone.
