If you are hesitating between 2 sizes, you can order one of the two sizes and try it over your pants as soon as you receive the panties. If it fits you, it's perfect, otherwise we will make an exchange (the cost of returning the panties will be your responsibility).

4 steps to care for your menstrual panties so they last as long as possible.
- Before using your menstrual panties for the first time, soak them in warm water to develop their absorbent potential (a bit like a sponge). Then wash them.
- After each use, rinse your panties in cold water to remove blood.
- Then wash it in the machine or by hand (with the rest of your laundry) at a temperature of 30°C. (Without fabric softener or bleach)
- Air dry, no tumble dry.
